•       Colors may vary by screen — especially with fabric, this is expected

•       Availability may change quickly

Product descriptions or recommendations may appear on AI tools (including ChatGPT or similar platforms), third-party websites, search engines, or integrations. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any content outside our website.

Because many of our products are cut specifically for you, we want to make a few things clear so expectations feel as smooth as your next seam.

Cut Yardage (Custom Cuts)

Most fabric is cut to order based on the quantity you select.

●     Multiple units of the same fabric will be cut as one continuous piece whenever possible

●     Once fabric has been cut, it is considered custom merchandise

Precuts, Kits & Bundles

Items such as fat quarter bundles, jelly rolls, kits, and curated bundles are pre-packaged.

●     These may include slight variations in fabric selection or substitutions when necessary

●     Any substitutions will be of equal or greater value and aesthetic alignment

Dye Lots & Color Variation

Fabric is produced in batches (“dye lots”), and slight color variations between batches are normal and expected.

●     Colors may vary between dye lots

●     Screen displays may affect how color appears

Fabric Characteristics

Fabric is a natural and creative material. Slight variations in texture, weave, or print alignment are normal and are not considered defects.

Order Accuracy for Fabric

We take great care in cutting and fulfilling every order. If we make a mistake, we will absolutely make it right.

If you have a specific need (matching dye lots, exact cuts, etc.), please contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to help.

 

Certain items, including cut yardage, may be final sale as outlined in these Terms.

Our Return Policy applies to all purchases, regardless of where the transaction originated — including orders discovered through AI tools, third-party platforms, social media, or our website directly.

 

Third parties have no authority to modify, override, or commit us to any return or refund arrangement beyond what is stated in our Return Policy.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current purchase and account information for all transactions. You are responsible for keeping your account and payment details up to date.

 

We may limit or cancel orders that appear to:

•       Be placed by resellers or distributors

•       Any other claim related to your use of our Service or products

 

Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow certain liability exclusions, our liability in those jurisdictions shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Patched Works and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, and service providers from any claim or demand — including reasonable attorneys’ fees — arising from:

•       Your breach of these Terms of Service

•       Your violation of any law or regulation

•       Your violation of any third party’s rights

•       Misuse of our services or any third-party platform to interact with our store

 

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

 

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate your agreement with us at any time by ceasing use of our Service. We may terminate your access at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.

 

All obligations and liabilities incurred before the termination date survive termination, including any amounts owed.
