Shipping & Pickup — Getting Your Goodies to You
We’re sew excited you’re shopping with us! Here's everything you need to know about how your order gets from our hands to yours.
📦 Processing & Shipping Times
Once you place your order, we typically need 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to get everything packed up and ready to go. You’ll get a confirmation email right away, and another one with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping
We offer $7.95 flat rate shipping to all U.S. addresses — no surprises, just fabric love delivered straight to your door.
Even better? Orders over $100 ship free! It’s our way of saying thanks for stocking up and stitching big.
🧵 Free Local Pickup
Want to skip the shipping and say hi in person? Choose local pickup at checkout — it’s totally free!
You can pick up your order at 13330 Watertown Plank Road, Elm Grove, WI 53122. We'll have it ready for you within a few hours, and we’ll email you when it’s good to go.
Pickup Hours:
Tuesday – Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Swing by during those times, and we’ll have your order ready with a smile!
Need to pick up after hours? Just give us a call at 262.786.1523 — we’re happy to leave your order outside for you!
🌍 International Orders
At this time, we’re not able to offer international shipping — but we’re cheering you on from across the globe!
🔍 Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking info to update — but don’t worry, it’s on its way!
If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of your shipping confirmation, please reach out to us at julie@patchedworks.com with your name and order number — we’ll get right on it.
📬 Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Some carriers have limitations when it comes to P.O. Boxes. If that applies to your order, we’ll do our best to work with you — feel free to reach out if you have questions.
