Overview
We want your fabric to arrive quickly, safely, and ready for your next project. Every order ships from our shop in Elm Grove, Wisconsin, carefully prepared by our team.
This policy applies to all orders placed through patchedworks.com, regardless of where you discovered us — our website, Facebook Shop, Instagram Shop, or any other channel.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of placement. During busy seasons, sales events, or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer — but we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.
Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Your tracking number will be sent once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
We keep shipping simple and transparent:
• $7.95 flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders
• Free shipping on orders over $100
No codes needed — free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order reaches $100.
Shipping rates are determined by Patched Works at checkout and reflected in your order confirmation email. If you placed an order through a third-party platform or AI-assisted tool, your Patched Works confirmation email is the authoritative record of any applicable shipping charges.
Shipping Method & Carriers
Orders are shipped via reliable U.S. carriers, including USPS and UPS, depending on your location and package size. We select the best carrier for each shipment based on speed, reliability, and destination.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way.
Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed — carrier delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.
If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at julie@patchedworks.com and we will work with you to resolve it.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
If you are located outside the U.S. and are interested in placing an order, please contact us directly — we’re happy to explore options when possible.
Order Accuracy & Packaging
Each order is carefully cut, packed, and prepared by our team. Fabric is cut specifically for your order and packaged to arrive in excellent condition.
Because fabric is cut to order, please review your order confirmation carefully. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at julie@patchedworks.com — we can often make corrections before the order ships.
Cut fabric is custom merchandise and cannot be restocked. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details on fabric return eligibility.
Orders from Third-Party Platforms
If your order was initiated through Facebook Shop, Instagram Shop, or an AI-powered tool, it is fulfilled by Patched Works directly and subject to this Shipping Policy. Your Patched Works order confirmation email is the authoritative record for your order details, shipping charges, and estimated delivery.
Third-party platforms and AI tools may display estimated shipping information that differs from our actual rates or timelines. In all cases, the information in your Patched Works confirmation email controls.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update or combine an order, please contact us as soon as possible at julie@patchedworks.com or (262) 786-1523. Because we begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee changes — but we will always do our best to help.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy if you need to return an item after delivery.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at julie@patchedworks.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with you to make it right.
Lost in Transit
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please first check with neighbors and any safe locations around your property. If the package is still missing, contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.
Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If something doesn’t seem right, please reach out — we’re always happy to help investigate.
