It is that time again. Our semi-annual Fat Quarter Frenzy will be September 12-13. $1/fat quarter (no minimum/no maximum) for pre-cut, non-packaged pieces. THOUSANDS are being chopped and folded for your shopping pleasure. Use your coupon book or buy admission to the sale for $5. (Don't worry you can shop before you buy admission) Doors open at 10 a.m. on Saturday September 12th. Shop early for best selection - everything will be out when the doors open.

Meet Kim Schaefer! February 26, 2009 - 6:30 p.m.
Join us Thursday, February 26th at 6:30 to celebrate the debut of Kim's latest book with C&T Publishing, "Flower Festival". 50 blocks and 9 quilt projects make this book a must have. A blend of piecing and applique bring her signature contemporary primitive styles to life.
While you check out her new quilts, you can check out her current fabric collection "All Abuzz" from Andover Fabrics.
Kim Schaefer is a local author and fabric designer. We are fortunate to feature her quilt samples from a variety of books and patterns in the shop.

New Pattern Unveiling
This Saturday Janine will be unveiling the latest exclusive Blue Underground Studios design for Patched Works. The Amy & Janine will also be bringing a great trunk show. All attendees will receive a copy of the new pattern!
The evening will include light snacks and personal shopping with Amy & Janine. OOOH this is so exciting!!! Limited spaces still available.

QUILTIE LADIES PRETTY PACK OF THE WEEK
 The Quiltie Ladies are putting together special Pretty Packs (6 - 1/2 yard packs of fabric) for you. Each week for the next 3 months one of your favorite Quiltie Ladies will debut a pack for you. These limited edition packs are available for a special price of $30 during their featured week. Check back every week to see the featured pack. Packs are available by flat rate mail if you are unable to stop in.
Jen B has put together a bold delightful pack. Luscious pansies accompanied with deep plum and blue. I LOVE pansies!!! Tied simply with a black ribbon, the fabric speaks for itself.
Jen B is one of our newest quiltie ladies, though not new to the world of quilting. Jen is daring. She is not afraid to try new techniques or to find new and better ways to construct old standbys. Jen even has her own cult following. She hosts her own quilt blog! Visit Jen on Wednesday nights and some weekends.

Scrap Fest 2008!
Saturday June 28th 2008 Patched Works will be featuring our semi-annual Scrap Fest!
What is Scrap Fest you ask?
Scrap Fest is the opportunity for you scrapaholics to pick and choose materials for personalized scrap bags. Bolt ends, sample leftovers, and dismembered kits will be heaped onto tables and bins. You will receive a special bag(s) to fill to your hearts content. When you are done, we will weigh your finds.
First quality prints, batiks and flannels will be available on a first come first serve basis. Sizes range from small scraps to ???. ALL FABRIC will be out at 10 AM Saturday morning.
Fat quarters, kits and regularly cut fabric are excluded from the bonanza.
1 ounce minimum/no maximum - $1.00 per ounce.
Prices will go down as the selection decreases. EVERYTHING must go by 4 p.m. Sunday!
